She also was the agent that I returned my car to, and was equally as pleasant and efficient then. I appreciated the consistency, and the fact that Enterprise is willing to refund the difference when a rental is returned earlier than its original reservation end. Thank you for making a stressful few weeks a little less so, especially diring the holidays! Also, the car was amazing! The lower end of their pricing model, and I walked away with a brand new black Honda Civic with all the bells and whistles. An incredible ride for the time that I had it!
