Not going to lie... Stock is questionable. Staff reluctant to help out. Before going to this autozone the other day, I thought to myself, "Autozones are usually pretty good across the board but every time I go here I walk away feeling like it was a crappy experience... But it can't be that bad. It's a freaking autozone." This time I went there and, yeah. Didn't have what I needed in stock. The help was almost non existent except for one woman. There's other stuff I didn't care for but I don't need to make this review all day. If you need something, I wouldn't say to not go here but...well, this is just my honest review. I'll just use Amazon from now on.

Very helpful. Ignore other reviews from others. They're most likely Advance customers. Or come down here where there is O'Reilly's. Everyone if you need something for your vehicle, thesr guys are highly professional and experienced. Yes, they may have hiccups every once in awhile but, 9 times out of 10. They are knowledgeable and very good. I recommend AutoZone as a whole.

Three trips in two days, each trip sent me home with the wrong sized part. Sales rep told me, "I don't know, I just sell parts," then proceeded to tell me all about his favorite handgun and that he's trained for head shots, not warning shots. So. If you need a hitman, go to autozone. If you need help with your car, I think you'll have better luck at Arby's.

After checking the website and seeing the part I needed was in stock, I drove there to get it. Of course it wasn't in stock. I should've known better because this was the fourth time this has happened for the location. I paid and ordered the part and was told it would be there that night. After visiting them again, the part wasn't there. The employee apologized saying they sent it to the hub store instead by accident. Assuring me it would be there in the morning. After going there a third time to get my part, it still wasn't there. I was told it would be in around 6 pm on the final delivery. My other half stopped by there at 7pm to pick up the part and the manager said "I don't have the part coming in tonight for you. You are not in the system. After messaging me about the situation I proceeded to call the store to get to the bottom of this. After explaining the events to the manager, she told me it wasn't her fault and the part had just arrived. My other half had just left less than a minute before because was told there's no info of the part coming. Would have gladly waited another hr for the delivery driver to have come. While crying she said if I didn't want the part she would refund my money, but then hung up on me. I've lost 3 hrs worth of travel to and from the store and a days worth of work. And still haven't gotten the part. All of this could've been prevented if the store would have had proper inventory control. So now I'm gonna have to take another hr, and day out of work to go get the part. Hopefully it's actually the right part. I'm not looking for anything free or any type of reimbursement for my time and money lost. But a sorry would be appreciated. Not a crying manager hanging up the phone on me before making things right.
