- ESEric Allen SmithOct 18, 20251.0Terrible location - broken but appears operable on the map / in their app. Company will keep you on hold for minutes to report the issue and do nothing to resolve it - made six reports over multiple months and still broken. Cancelled my “plus” membership - what a waste of money and a wasted opportunity to help people get where they’re going without a bunch of hassle.
