Made an appointment to test drive and look at a specific vehicle at Car Logic. Drove 40 minutes to get there only to find no employees available to help regardless of my appointment . A parts or technician employee actually had to go track someone down for assistance. After finally getting help, we searched the entire lot and found out the vehicle had apparently been sold a week earlier and was never properly marked as sold in their system. Completely wasted trip and very unprofessional experience. Poor communication and disorganized management. Received a phone call the next day about looking for another car without apology. Would not recommend for a serious buyer.

I just had a great experience at Car Logic with Pete! For being a “newer” car salesman, he definitely was flawless! He wasn’t shy to be up front and honest with me about absolutely everything which is something I can appreciate. He made sure I didn’t miss the opportunity to get in the car I wanted and even picked me up this morning so I didn’t have to worry about getting two cars back home. Thanks so much Pete! I love my Lexus!

NOPE, LIARS. DO NOT BUY HERE. Do you know why they have all these good reviews? Because they give you a gas gift card upon purchase and want you to write a review right there, right at the moment. I bought a car here for my teenage son several months ago, test drove it it was fine. Told the salesperson I wanted something safe for my teenager. Came to pick it up the next day and as we were driving away with it it started bucking and having problems. Got 10 minutes away from the dealership and pulled over and called them and explain what was going on and they literally told me too bad it's your problem now you bought it. Super shady. I also then went and bought another car from a different small dealership and that person told me they have a relative that used to work here at car logic and the kid was told to do shady things and cover up problems. Do not buy here! Liars and HORRIBLE business practices. I'd give them negative 100 stars if that was available.

**They sold me a car with engine issues and 10 year old tires**
My son and I had been saving up, and purchased a 2008 Honda Accord on March 21 for his FIRST car.
During the test drive, the engine made a noticeable noise when they started it. When we asked about it, we were told the car had been sitting and that it was fine, dismissing the concern. We also noticed a wobble while driving, which they said was due to tire pressures and adjusted at the time of purchase. Given the number of positive reviews online, we chose to trust them, which I now regret.
On March 23, my son recorded the engine noise and contacted the dealership. I followed up on March 24. The issue was later diagnosed as a VCT actuator requiring over $1,000 in repairs. The dealership tried to downplay the issue, but if left unchecked can lead to catastrophic engine failure. We had put less than 100 miles on the vehicle since purchase (40 of them were just getting it home from the dealership).
On March 26, the brake light switch failed causing the car to be unusable. During that process and before we knew exactly what was wrong, it was suggested by the dealership that my son or I may have sabotaged the car.
At their direction, and after a lot of conversations with them and multiple mechanics, I took the car to a third party shop for a diagnostic. That’s when I was also told the tires were about 10 years old and showing dry rot. (I have photos from the day we picked it up, as well as close-ups after this was pointed out. Just in case they try to say this was our fault somehow as well)
I also noticed the inspection sticker had errors in the VIN, mileage, and date. Which honestly makes me feel uneasy, and I STILL haven’t received the service records I requested.
After about 3 weeks of back and forth they offered a partial amount toward repairs (less than one-third of the cost), which they made clear they weren’t required to do. These repairs were simply to get the car into the condition I thought I had purchased it in.
By accepting the money, I'd have to sign an NDA and I wouldn't be able to post a fully honest review (ie negative) about my experience... I'd rather let people know in case there is someone who does not have the same ability to walk away. I wouldn't be surprised if this is why the reviews are so positive, but I digress.
Overall, this has been an incredibly frustrating and stressful situation. There's so much more to this as well... If I wasn't living it, I wouldn't believe it. This is movie plot level bad experience.
Needless to say, I would NOT recommend this dealership. At minimum, you should have any vehicle independently inspected before purchasing. Lesson learned.

The only reason I didn’t leave a review the minute I bought this car is because I was busy celebrating. I can not recommend this place and especially Pete enough. He’s not just there to sell you a car, he actually cares about people and loves what he does. It’s been an emotional experience and I am so lucky he got me through it so effortlessly. Thank you to Pete and the whole team for making this happen, for caring and for taking the stress of my shoulders. I will be recommending this company and Pete Amato to family, friends and strangers. Thank you.
