Than after I pay i choose no reciept. think they have it under my phone number. go home parts wrong. Than i go back and they tell me cant return it cause i dont have reciept.

He was so quick and efficient and I love that he is a former firefighter and Marine. He stood out in the cold and helped me put on my new windshield wipers without hesitation. If everyone was like him, the world would be a kinder and better place.

My question was simple and they give me the wrong part twice until another grouchy man received the return part as he knew what I wanted, and he didn't even take the effort to help me either. I left very disappointed and went to Advance Auto where they did help me. I'm very disappointedsince Auto Zone was the first choice as always.
