Literally so kind! I know nothing about tires and they were informational and respectful! Helped me with one of my tires with a leak and they educated me (10/10)!

I’ve gone to this location several times and am always impressed. Not only were they so professional at the Mavis Tire Willow Street, they were incredibly helpful in explaining what my car needed and what I needed to do in the future. Will be going back again!

My mom’s tire went flat due to a nail being in it the tires were dry rot we had it towed to mavis. They did a great job on my mom’s car. And we’re even kinda enough to stay until closing to repair my mom’s car. Gavin called me said it was ready we drove right up and got it. Amazing service.

There were several new issues with the way people worked at the Willow Street branch. I can honestly say it was the worst experience I have ever had at this branch. First of all, I had an appointment at 8:00 AM, but they did not take my car in until 8:30 AM. They also seemed in no rush to begin working on it. We all know that time is valuable, and because of their lack of attention and disregard for other people’s time, I unfortunately missed my doctor’s appointment. I would like to ask: why should someone come to your branch at 8:00 AM for an appointment if they are not going to be helped on time? Please ask yourselves that question. Second, I made my appointment online, and it stated that tire balance checks were free. However, I had to remind them to check the balance, and unfortunately, they had not done it until I mentioned it. Third, I do not speak English fluently, and the employee assisting customers should pay closer attention to whether a customer fully understands the questions being asked. Better communication and patience are needed when helping customers who may not speak English as their first language. In short, I do not recommend this place to anyone. I regret spending my money at this branch, especially considering the poor level of service and lack of professionalism I experienced.

Took my car in for an alignment after replacing my steering rack. Took a lot longer than I expected, maybe 3 hours of waiting in the lobby. No big deal. Car was aligned pretty well, however I noticed a few days later that they left the inner tie rod boots clamped while making adjustments, resulting in my brand new steering rack boots to twist up and deform. I took it back to have them fix it and I was told that they cannot and/or will not do that because they would have to cut the clamp, and even that there was no need to worry about it as they'll retain there new deformed shape and cause no issue. Obviously that is not true, ended up twisting and ripping worse and worse, ending up with holes in them and I had to replace the boots on my brand new steering rack. To do this I had to take the outer tie rods back off, meaning my car is no longer perfectly aligned as it was. So I got nothing out of the alignment I paid for in the end. Other than having to take time to replace brand new boots because they didn't wanna take the time and do it right. I'll be figuring out how to align it myself this time as I do not want to repeat history and pay for an alignment just to have the inner tie rod boots all ripped up. To add on top of that, this is more likely coincidental than anything but I got a check engine light as soon as I got my car back. I asked if they knew anything about that or what happened and they said nothing we just did your alignment. The CEL was for running too lean. Took me a while to figure out the issue, but I finally found a vacuum line on my blow off valve was completely off. This leads me to believe they were beating on my car pretty hard, as they did also have three different employees take it for a drive. And I'm sure they would have noticed that when it happened. Although I was pretty upset about this, I've come to realize it's likely a coincidence and could've happened to me at any point. It is a little upsetting that no one could tell me that anything happened, acting like the car was still running perfect. So in the end I spent about $90 I believe on an alignment, ripped inner tie rod boots, and a check engine light. This was the first time I've taken my car to a shop, as I figured it be easier to let the big fancy alignment machine do the work and get a better result, but I am and was throughly disappointed. This interaction has made me vow to never take my car here ever again. If you care about your car I would recommend you do the same. I cannot fathom how an alignment shop is unable to keep steering rack boots in good condition during an alignment, and refuse to fix them after I noticed they tore them all up. I replaced them in my driveway, how can you not just unclamp them, align my car, and reclamp them on a lift in your shop. Adds a couple minutes of time at most. Now I need to realign it so I spent $90 on nothing but problems. Really an unfortunate experience. Most staff were friendly, but that doesn't fix my car. I could not recommend this place to anyone in good faith.
