  Be aware that when you call, you don’t get this location- you get an office somewhere doing the scheduling, that might not be consistent with what appointments they actually have available. Or tires available. 😜That being said, they did not have the tires in stock at the Willow Street location that the office said they did, but service manager Victor took good care of me and got me in some new tires and honored the price quoted even though the tires I got were better quality. Thanks for taking care of me, appreciate you and the fantastic staffs help!

  Setup a appointment to get 2 new tires and a alignment. Dropped the car off the night before and paid for a Uber home. I was told I could pick the car up the following day at noon and it would be ready. Ubered back to Mavis and was dropped off at 12:30 the following day which was 30 minutes before work. They couldn't find my keys and then they told me my car wasn't even started yet and it would be another 3 hours till it was ready. This was on a Friday. While showing my displeasure the associate didn't want to hear anything about it. He gave me my keys and told me "get out of my store." I lost 60 dollars in ubers and the store didn't show any empathy whatsoever in the fact that they wasted my time and money to get absolutely nothing done. Asked to speak with someone from corporate twice and im continually told that they will call me back. Still haven't heard a word from them or an apology. Long story short this store doesn't appreciate your time or resources and it's too much to ask for even a phone call if they can't service your vehicle in the time they specified. Worst costumer service I've ever experienced.

  I called the Willow Street Mavis Tire today, and they took me right in for a tire patch. They had me back on the road in minutes, and I was amazed when they didn't even charge me. I know it's a simple job, but in this day and age, that doesn't happen. I will def return when I do need tires and will recommend them to family and friends! I am very appreciative

  I was looking for the best deal on 4 tires. I would rather stay local than ordering from Tire Rack so I gave Mavis a chance. Told them what I would be paying for tires if I got from Tire Rack. Manager Bret said, “sure we will price match that.” Great! I said Tire Rack includes a 2 year road hazard warranty. He said, “we will include that as well in the price, but ours is lifetime.”Even better! I get to my scheduled appointment. First they didn’t want to price match. They didn’t even want to honor the rebate from Pirrelli. So, I left. He catches me in parking lot about deposit refund. I get back in and he says, we do have the rebate from the manufacturer. Ok great, let’s do it then. The he said the road hazard wasn’t included. I told him that’s not what Brett told me. He said I’m sorry. I walked. I’m just asking for honesty and these folks missed it on this one. So, Tire Rack it is!

  I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at Mavis Discount Tire in Willow Street, PA. I brought my car in on Saturday to have a tire patched. The inspection took less than ten minutes, and I was told that no significant leak was found. However, I immediately noticed my tire pressure light was still on when I got back to my car. The PSI was still low, and by the next day, I was back to refilling my tire again clearly showing that the issue hadn’t been properly addressed. When I called back and scheduled an appointment to have it rechecked, I arrived on time only to be told that the technician who was supposed to work on my vehicle had already left for the day. No one had the courtesy to call me ahead of time to let me know. A different employee came out to assist, but instead of listening to my concern about the tire and the need for a proper patch, he only focused on the “stud and nail” and continually talked over me. When I tried to calmly explain and expressed my frustration by rolling my eyes without saying anything disrespectful he refused to assist me, stating he “wouldn’t help someone rolling their eyes.” I found that response unprofessional and dismissive. I never cursed, raised my voice, or disrespected anyone. I was simply a frustrated customer trying to get a service done correctly after already being inconvenienced. This entire experience left me feeling unheard and disrespected. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the lack of professionalism and communication within this location so no other customer has to go through the same experience.
