- NTN TNov 4, 20251.0They are terrible. First my device was not ready to be installed but me being new I kept getting emails, so I contacted intoxalock and they said I was eligible to get it installed. Set me up with a vendor to install it so I paid the amount, just to find out I was not eligible, and it should not have been installed. So, I paid over 300 for nothing. They guy knew that he was thirsty to get some time up sale or incentive. This company sucks, every time you call it is a hassle to talk to someone with robots repeating the same thing you do not want to hear.
