  My 2021 Bronco Sport had a second cracked windshield. Thank goodness for insurance and Safelite! Making my appointment was surprisingly easy and got a time that suited me. Josh the technician was in contact quickly and updated me before his arrival. Josh was extremely professional and told me everything he was doing and why. Thank you Josh for such exceptional service! Safelite please keep hiring and training more like Josh.

  Safelite website was so EASY to use. Answered any questions we had. Scheduling an appointment was very available for us to pick from. John was a great service tech & very knowledgeable & took plenty of time to explain the job & answered all of our questions. The window was fully replaced in such a short time. We wouldn’t go anywhere else !! Safelite made a stressful situation a non issue !!

  I am not happy with the result of the service. The new windshield has visible multiple (about seventeen) white short horizontal lines, like dashes, at the bottom of the windshield glass. Despite my objections, I was told that this is normal for a replacement windshield. I do not think I will recommend anybody to go to this place for any car glass replacement.

  Absolute disaster of an experience. I drove over an hour for my scheduled appointment today, only to be told upon arrival that my replacement window was broken. The front desk offered to reschedule a mobile repair at my office for the next day, but somehow mistakenly booked it for the same day I was already there. Trying to fix their scheduling error is impossible because you cannot get a hold of a real person. You are trapped in an endless loop of AI answering services until the system finally tells you everything is "online only" and literally hangs up on you. A complete waste of time and terrible customer service all around.

  Stopped in at Safelite to see about getting the windshield replaced the store behind the mall, the old Sears automotive shop. Tony was very helpful and went over everything I needed to know. The day of the appointment I had to take my daughter to the doctor and stopped to see if I was a little late would it be a problem, the girl at the counter was very helpful and told me it wouldn’t be a problem. When I went to pick up the car 🚗 when it was finished I walked over with my dog to pick it up the girl again was very pleasant and friendly,she took care of everything,even made time to give my dog a few treats. It has been a while since using Safelite 1998 they were great back then and took good care of me when I had a problem with the windshield in my van,they went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of and happy with the results. Tony and the girl I can’t remember her name ? Both deserve some recognition,they both made my experience with Safelite great dog liked them too,hard to find places with excellent customer service and support ! Thanks 😊 One thing that would make you guys stand out and put you above the rest would be having a human answer the call that’s why I stopped back at the store to ask about my appointment,couldn’t get a person on the phone (AI)and I don’t like going to a website to try and do something that a simple phone call could have taken care of , (can’t see the screen on my phone ! ) Sorry a little old fashion I should not have to press 1 for English and I should be able to have a choice to speak to a person.
