  Had a great experience at Fred Beans Mazda of Abington. I got the exact car I wanted, the 2024 nissan altima 2.5 SL. Scott was great, took us in immediately, and was very informative on the car. Definitely recommend Scott and this whole dealership in general, Thank you!!

  Staff is so friendly and helpful. I was helped by India Bullock and she was extremely helpful. She was able to help me financially with the cost of the fix and answered all my messages promptly. I definitely recommend!

  My experience at Fred Beans dealership was extremely disappointing. I was ready to trade in my car for a new one, yet no one acknowledged me. I was told I would be taken for a test drive, but that never happened. Instead, I was handed a card and told someone would call me, which never occurred. The entire situation felt dismissive and unprofessional, and I couldn’t help but feel that I was treated this way because I am Hispanic. """Si eres hispano nunca vayas a este dealer""

From start to finish, they supported me through what could have been a frustrating and stressful process, making it smooth, transparent, and reassuring every step of the way. Throughout the maintenance issues, they secured me a loaner and maintained communication (thanks Mike). Ultimately, they helped me secure a replacement vehicle without hesitation and with no direct benefit to themselves—other than making sure I was taken care of and completely satisfied. The level of professionalism and care I experienced from everyone involved was exceptional. The service team was knowledgeable and responsive, the sales team was patient and genuinely focused on my needs (thanks Petros), and the overall coordination was seamless.
