It’s a quick one stop shop and they’re always letting you know about promotions and coupons you can use so you’re not paying full cost of service. Specifically manager, Ed is amazing. Always willing to answer questions and help you with anything. You need special shout out to Ed for helping me with my oil change my engine flush, radiator flush and all the other things that I just got done. Also shout out to Deen and Jo too. They were really helpful with explaining pricing to me recently. Thank You All brotha!

Deen was my service advisor, All props to him he was making sure and double checking everything. Also was informing me of my low coolant and dirty air filter. Ed the manager came and thanked me for coming in and helped reset my oil light.

Additionally, their banter while working had us laughing while waiting for them to finish. It seemed like a fun, friendly environment and it made the experience so much better. - AUA Google UserJan 28, 20265.0I live in Norristown, but have been coming to the Willow Grove ‘store’ for several years now (and plan to keep coming there!) the team is amazing and works in tandem to fully assess my van before even asking! They check lights - front, rear, turning, braking, high beams and low beam, wiper blades (Auto Zone handles that for me and the guys at Valvoline nod that that is good!!) I am not a helpless female type, but my husband was always the one to handle basic vehicle ’stuff’ so when he passed away I turned to the gas station local to me - every oil change I also needed a new air filter… until I went to Valvoline!! And when I got the oil change done they didn’t say I needed one - so I asked! And the tech looked at me sort of puzzled and said - your oil filter is fine ! What makes you think you think you need a new one? I just said well the gas station where Ive been going always puts in a new one. I thought that was normal- the techs have now taught me SO much of what my lack of knowledge has been costing me!! I’m grateful for the well trained techs at Willow Grove Valvoline have taught me and not by making me feel stupid they are truly invested in what they do, and don’t try to sell me services and products I don’t need!! They are polite and respectful but fun!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION 😉😉.
