I purchased a car battery from this business along with a warranty, believing I would be covered if an issue came up. When the battery started failing, I called customer service to process a warranty claim—and that turned into another problem. I was disconnected multiple times during the call, had to repeat my situation over and over, and still received no help. When I finally reached someone, they refused to honor the warranty and offered no real explanation or solution. The lack of accountability and professionalism from both the store and customer service was extremely frustrating. Because of their poor interaction, lack of follow-through, and refusal to stand behind their warranty, they have lost me as a customer.
