- COCarla OrtizFeb 7, 20261.0My son brought his car to this shop to have the brakes repaired. During the process, they broke another part and told us they had ordered it. More than a month passed and the car was still not ready. Because of the delay, my son had to buy the part himself that they damaged. Yesterday, they finally returned the car, but the brakes were NOT working properly, and he almost got into an accident. Today we went back to the shop, and they said the brakes were “not ready” and that if he wanted to take the car like that, he could. This shows a complete lack of responsibility and professionalism. Brakes are a serious safety issue, and this shop clearly does not take customer safety seriously. I do not recommend this place.

Stopped by to speak to the manager, Richard Adams, about it and he clearly does not intend to clear it.
