My three year old didn’t even have enough time to ask “is this all done yet!?” I had a scheduled time to fix a flat and they honored it. There was no one in front of me, no waiting like other tire places I’ve been to. They double checked tire size and that they had them in stock before working on my car. Rich was patient and kind. He didn’t try to upsell me. As a woman, this was a huge plus. Thank you again for easing my anxiety and making sure everything went smoothly. This is absolutely our new spot!

I understand he was the only one, it was a miss communication I only needed 1 tire because it had a nail it(my rear passenger my front passenger just needed air). All in all the service was excellent I didn't have any problems with my car. Will come back again.

I had a flat tire and needed my car back quickly so I could get to work. Richard went above and beyond to make sure my service request was completed in record time. When I arrived, he greeted me promptly, checked me out efficiently, and got me on my way. Thank you so much, Richard—your excellent customer service and dedication to helping a new client did not go unnoticed!

They indicated that the requested tire rotation would not be recommended and explained why leaving the tires in their current location would be best. They had the car ready when requested. They also confirmed the appointment when the automated system did not send a confirmation text or email that it indicated it would.
