- PPpacoface10Dec 1, 20251.0My last experience with this shop couldn’t have been worst! I came in for an inspection, oil change, wheel replacement /rotation, and battery change. Everything went wrong. Shop forgot to reattach the oil cap! Luckily, I only drove a short distance to get home. I never got back my passed inspection paperwork, nor my registration card. We discussed putting in fully synthetic oil and I got 1/2 and 1/2 oil mix. The new battery terminal was not secured fully and had to be retightened. When my car still wouldn’t start properly, even after the new battery was installed, I brought it in for further testing - they couldn’t find the problem and I drove home. Then, it finally would not start at all, and I had to tow it to (a different shop, at this point). Not only did they find the problem, but informed me that I was missing 2 out of 5 lug nuts on one wheel, and all the other ones were not as tight as they should have been on the other wheels! Terrifying, that I was driving like that for about 2 weeks. I brought this to management to see how to rectify it, and get money back for the lug nuts I had to pay for. Weeks later, nothing came of it. What a hot mess! Never again. To bad, since we had previously used this shop, under different management, for a long time and it was convenient. Now it’s simply ridiculous and unqualified.

My three year old didn’t even have enough time to ask “is this all done yet!?” I had a scheduled time to fix a flat and they honored it. There was no one in front of me, no waiting like other tire places I’ve been to. They double checked tire size and that they had them in stock before working on my car. Rich was patient and kind. He didn’t try to upsell me. As a woman, this was a huge plus. Thank you again for easing my anxiety and making sure everything went smoothly. This is absolutely our new spot!
