  This dealership is a breath of fresh air compared to others. Everyone is so kind and welcoming, and they’re always willing to work with you to come to a fair deal for everyone. They make the buying process so quick and easy. This is my second time buying a car from here, and I plan to continue coming here for my future leases! Jae Park has been our salesman both times. He is so friendly and personable, and very easy to contact for any questions or concerns. He also knows every car inside and out, and can answer any question you may have. Highly recommend this dealership, and highly recommend Jae!

  Came in on the day of the major snow storm. Had to get a car for my wife. Anthony Tomeo made it real easy to purchase the vehicle we wanted. Service was above and beyond when finance guy unavailable to complete the deal. Anthony arranged for me to be able to take the car on an extended test drive so could use the car the next day. Came back to complete the deal 2 days later. Truly excellent customer service.

  I was really pleased with Hakim. He kept me informed about things, was prompt and detailed with any questions I had. Actually gave me very good info on certain add ons I wanted for my Santa Cruz and basically won my business. That was the first time I went to Fred Beans and I’m thrilled I did. Upfront, timely with responses and honest about what they could do and couldn’t do. That’s all I could ask for. On top of all that, you can tell they’re ‘car people’; makes a big difference when you talk to people who know what they’re talking about Highly recommend them. Thanks Hakim!
