    We bought in August 2025. The vehicle we purchased is very nice and was absolutely the best part of the experience. The sales person was nice but lacked in some critical knowledge and informed us incorrectly about a certain feature that played a big part in us purchasing the vehicle when we did. As we were getting this addressed there was very poor communication. Beans did end up addressing the issue, but again what we received was different than what we were told. I later learned that what we received was the only option Hyundai offered, which was fine it just needed to be communicated properly. We also agreed to terms on the contract that were not met. I informed them of what was happening and while the accounting dept answered the phone, they just continued to give me the same answer each time of we need to talk to the GM. After weeks of calling and receiving the same answer with no resolution I gave up on trying to get one. This was again something that was very much needed at the time of purchase and was explicitly stated in our contract, but wasn’t honored. So all in all we are happy with the vehicle but the sales/accounting process was tough to deal with and really ruined the experience.

    I bought a car at Faulkner Hyundai a year ago in July. We have been having problems with a tire losing pressure. I brought the car to Faulkner in Philly, from Willow Grove, not once but twice about the tire pressure dropping to 24psi. Each time they could not find anything wrong with the tire. I bring it to Fred Beans for an appointment today. I get a call from Tyler telling me what was wrong, how they fixed it and it was ready for pick up. He was very professional and very well spoken. Next I get a text from Tom with a video attached showing me exactly what was wrong with the tire and explaining everything else he checked on my car which I appreciate. Well there was a hole in my tire plain as day. I was so mad Faulkner didn't find the hole on either visits. Tom plugged it up, I picked it up and I'm a happy woman. Thank you Tom for great work, Tyler for being so nice when I picked it up and Shelby who was very nice to talk to.

    I can't thank the guys over at Fred Beans Hyundai of Abington enough for how well they treated me. I want to thank Kyle, Jebson, Ari and Jae for white glove service. They were professional, courteous, and very honest. When helping your daughter buy her first car you really want to make sure shes getting what she saved her money for. I would tell anyone to work with these gentleman and I plan to! Thank you all for how well you treated us and for being extremely fair on the price. Most importantly, they were not pushy and let us decide what was best for us. Fred Beans rocks!

    Met with sales rep Trevor tonight. He was patient with me and good at explaining the features of the vehicle I was interested in - Santa Fe Limited. He explained to me he’d only been there 2 weeks, and his level of vehicle knowledge and how he handled himself are a strong testament to his abilities and also the training that Fred Beans offers their employees. I was impressed. I also met the used car manager who was a cool guy and gave me a generous appraisal for my trade in. On top of that the general manager actually introduced himself to me. That’s not a common practice and made the visit seem more personal, and he was a down to earth guy. It was nice how they made it clear they definitely wanted to earn my business, but weren’t too pushy like some dealerships can be.

    Worst experience ever. I have never encountered such unprofessional behavior from a dealership in my life. I was genuinely ready to purchase a vehicle and reached out multiple times, over 100 calls and messages yet received no proper response from either the salesperson or the sales manager. As a serious buyer, I expected at least basic communication and respect, but instead I was completely ignored. This is not how a reputable dealership should treat its customers. It’s shocking that management allows this kind of attitude, especially from people representing the company. It shows a complete lack of leadership and accountability. I plan to reach out directly to the GM and corporate office to make them aware of how poorly customers are being treated. Hopefully they take this situation seriously and make real changes, because no customer should ever have to chase a dealership this way just to spend their money.
