    Recently purchased a vehicle! Beware a start of a good experience turned into a nightmare. They lack communication and professionalism.Read everything and ask questions. Don’t sign anything unless you understand it and have read everything!!!! Ari is very unprofessional, Shane is very cocky and unprofessional worst general manager I’ve ever dealt with with!!!! He backs his staff 100% So rude I took my matter to their corporate office and that didn’t help me at all!!!!Ray is horrible also lack of communication!!!!!!! I’m telling every one I can not to purchase from there!!!!! If you have a problem they will make you feel as if you are wrong!!!!!

    Just bought my car from Fred Beans Hyundai in Willow Grove. The negotiating and the salesman, John Gomez, were really nice and easy to work with. The finance manager was polite. The only problem I had was that they didn’t detail the car before I drove away. In 30 years, I never bought a car that wasn’t cleaned before you left the lot. I was really disappointed even though it is a used car, it was new to me. I thought that is one of the reasons it takes so long.

    Shamelessly expensive “repairs”. Parts and labor to replace cabin air filter: $112.85 - $14 part on Amazon! Engine air filter $82.94 - <$20 part on Amazon! Labor to change front/rear wiper blades: $33 Cost of blades: $60 (going rate for blades varies and I don’t fault for the cost of the blades). You should be ashamed of taking advantage of the naivety of the average customers while gouging prices at every opportunity. You charged $126 to change wiper blades and air filters, something that can be completed in 30 minutes total, just because you could. The staff who work in the parts and maintenance dept. are incredibly nice, but this experience is marred by the truly offensive costs. Please do better.
