I like the vehicles I rent are always nice. So much so I bought one from an enterprise car sale a lot about three years ago.
- JAJenny AdamsDec 14, 20251.0We rented a premium suv from here to go out to the Pittsburgh area. It would have been a great experience, but the world’s WORST windshield wipers were on the car. I don’t understand how this was either not checked or deemed to be ok. It was snowing for part of the way there and it was also wet/snowing on the way back. It was a scary experience driving when the wipers would make it very hard to see out of the windshield. We also ran out of windshield wiper fluid because that would be the only way to clear the windshield. We even tried to buy better wipers, but they didn’t fit. I don’t think I should have to buy wipers so we can see, especially considering all the money we paid to rent this car. This company put my family in a dangerous situation and I don’t appreciate that AT ALL. My husband and I are overall very dissatisfied with this experience.
