  Better off renting a U-Haul. Enterprise is absolutely useless. No customer service. We were in the area unexpectedly after an accident. Called the nearest location to our hotel (one of the few locations open - til 1pm - on a Sunday). After finding no cars available at the local office - with no suggestions on solving that problem, I called the central Enterprise number for assistance. Clearly it’s not just the local office that’s unhelpful, it’s the corporation as a whole. Spoke to a representative located in Jamaica. There’s nothing necessarily wrong with that, but it means the person you’re speaking to has no knowledge of the area. That should be okay too —- I mean call a good hotel chain and they are so competent, problem solvers, with the answers at their fingertips, focused on meeting the customer’s needs. This representative - though polite and professional - had no answers, no solutions, no tools to assist the customer. I needed to drop off on the same day in a different location, which does not seem at all unusual when renting a car… the rep asked me for the zip code I was dropping off at… firstly, I don’t know. I’m traveling. So then he apparently googled the city I was traveling to, got one zip code, and told me they didn’t have any locations there. Quick map search tells there are at least 5 locations in and around that city. Long story short, the problem isn’t the individual locations, the corporation as a whole clearly lacks leadership, common sense, and competence. I’m disgusted and stranded. Thank goodness for U Haul. They know what they’re doing. Now have to drive a truck 150 miles.

  I’ve had terrible luck this year with my car, but thankfully I’ve always been able to get quick service from this Enterprise location. Their prices are better than most, and their staff members are always friendly. Sam helped me today and he was lovely! Super personable and had a great conversation with me. I love when businesses hire kind, caring, and honest people who can hold a conversation. That’s why this is always my go-to car rental spot! Thanks Sam for being so kind, you made my day with your understanding and patience! I have OCD and I tend to do some weird things when I rent a car, because I’m a germaphobe. Sam was super cool about it and asked me questions about my OCD to better understand how it works. He listened intently without judgement. I felt so heard! Never thought a car rental spot would be the place I feel the most validated lol, but it was just so nice to have someone be so compassionate and patient with me. I’m usually embarrassed of all the compulsions I have to do like wiping down the seat, steering wheel, etc.. but he was super cool about it, and that meant a lot to me! Thanks again Sam!

  Worst customer service ever. I called booked reservation got there 3 guys at counter said they have nothing. Didn't care one bit said over 100 people got canceled today. smiling thinking it was funny. We will never use enterprise again.but yet 5 cars sitting on the lot. Pure laziness n rude service. Marisa you can save your response. I had a confirmation number and a time to pick up. your staff was rude and could of cared less about the customer. I will never rent a car from Enterprise again. The williampsort office is a joke. I will say the lady who booked me at the 800 number was so kind and helpful.

  My nephew smoked outside of the vehicle and they charged me $250 to have you smell taken out of the vehicle. It's that love I had to pay Almost $400 to rennt and have it taken away think it's bullshit 😒 never Again
