I changed the tire for the donut, and limped into Williamsport late in the day. Because of the uncommon tire size, they could have ordered it for me in which case I would have missed Thanksgiving, or they could have charged me extra for the rush, but they did neither. Not only did they find me a lower priced solution, they also also got me back on the road in less than two hours. Thank you Jason and Brandon... you guys rock!

My dad and I were using a rental car from Baltimore when we somehow ended up with construction staple stuck in our tire. He didn’t hesitate to coordinate with the rental car company so my father and I would be reimbursed for the costs through the rental car company. Even though it took a great deal of time and it was tricky to figure out how the costs would be covered, he persistently kept trying to get in contact with the right agents and passionately advocated for us with the rental car company. Jason also sent the company an email on our behalf detailing the damage that was done and the repairs so we would be able to get our refund. He truly cares about his customers and goes above and beyond for them. He also had our tires switched very quickly and efficiently! The whole team is amazing and I would definitely recommend coming here for services!
