  Bought lifetime brakes from them in 2021 . I needed new ones as the originals were worn down to not pass inspection. I called them and they said they couldn't find it in their system and even though I have the original invoice with the lifetime guarantee on it that they would not honor it. That it was too long ago and they dont have it in their system even though it clearly states they are guaranteed for the lifetime that the owner has the vehicle. Will never fo here or recommend them to anyone. They are scammers.also in the past they installed tires incorrectly. I had tires that were directional installed and they installed them incorrectly. I was made aware of this by a different mechanic and they refused to refund the installation they screwed up.

  We have not been pleased with Mr. Tire since new management took over. My appointment for my inspection was at 8:00 am. I didn’t get a call to pick it up until 1:45. I called around 11:30 asking when it would be finished and the response was, “We have been busy”. I’m ok with that. I just wasn’t expecting my car to be there that long. If they were that busy, why did they make the appointment for that day? That is probably my last appointment with Mr. Tire! We have been going there for years and it definitely is not the same! My husband feels the same way!

  I brought my truck in to have the rims changed and paid $347 for the service. The receipt they gave me specifies that they worked on the tire pressure monitoring system, but now the warning light is on on my dashboard. I went back, and the man who helped me rudely told me that they don't do that kind of work, even though they charged me for it.

  Way over priced for anything.. Turned me away on Christmas Eve! I had a flat tire and since they were due to close early (3pm) they wouldn't repair it even though it wasn't 3 o'clock yet and open sign was still on. This shop has gone down hill for awhile now and can't keep employees. Choose some place else if you prefer good service.

  I am writing to formally express my concern regarding my recent experience with the installation of two winter tires and the charges applied. Over the course of three days, I attempted to have the tires installed. On Friday evening, I was informed that there was not enough labor available and was asked to return on Saturday. I then called on Saturday and scheduled an appointment for 10:30 a.m.; however, upon arrival, I was again told that the service could not be completed due to insufficient staff. I ultimately returned on Sunday morning to complete the installation. Each time I visited, I specifically asked about the total cost and was consistently informed that the price would be $35.99 per tire plus tax. Based on this information, I agreed to proceed with the service. When it came time to pay, the total amount charged was significantly higher than what had been quoted. At the front desk, I was informed that additional mandatory fees applied. These fees were never disclosed to me beforehand, despite my repeated inquiries about pricing. One of these charges appears on the invoice as a tire disposal fee of $10, even though I clearly took my old tires with me. I requested a refund for the undisclosed charges and asked to speak with a manager. I was told that the staff member assisting me was the manager, and I was further informed that she had only been employed for approximately five months and was unsure how to process a refund. I respectfully believe that customers should be fully informed of all applicable fees in advance, especially when they specifically ask about pricing. I am therefore requesting a refund of the charges that were not disclosed to me prior to the service. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
