  We r truly satisfied with MR Tire Auto shop !!! excellent service and the serviceman Wes has excellent customer service too I had dropped my wallet outside of my car and he returned and put it back in my car I can’t thank him enough for being so helpful and honest too we have been going there now for over two years and we r very satisfied with the service and costumer service thank u MR TIRE !!!

  I had a wonderful experience with the whole style starting with angel that process my paperwork help me through what they were going to do and went extra mile to let him check my fluid and give me a good news about the fluid container not leaking that was a big relief for me and the whole stuff I've been very wonderful and treating their customer very well so express my appreciation for to all of them thank you

  One Star Review — Retaliation and Denied Service I brought my car in for an oil change on 10/24/25 at this Monro location. They broke my oil dipstick and tube, leaving my car stuck at the shop until 10/27 with no loaner or offer to help. I scheduled another repair for 10/28 for shocks and struts, quoted around $750. I asked for a copy of my quote and was told it was deleted. When I called on 11/1, I found out the district manager refused to repair my car and sent my parts back without telling me, allegedly as retaliation because I’m a former employee with an open complaint against Monro with the labor board. Completely unprofessional, unethical, and retaliatory. I will be filing reports with the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Protection Bureau.

  I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding damage to my Tesla that occurred during my visit to Mr. Tire on October 30, 2025, for a tire service and inspection. After your technician started my vehicle, I immediately noticed visible damage to the passenger-side side skirt. When I brought this to the technician’s attention, I was told, “You did it, not me.” That response was both unprofessional and dismissive. It is clear that the damage occurred at your facility. Teslas require specific lift points and the use of pucks or adapters to prevent exactly this kind of side skirt damage. Based on the location and type of damage, it appears the lift or improper placement of equipment caused the issue. I am requesting that Mr. Tire take full responsibility for the damage and cover the cost of repair. Please review your service bay footage, technician notes, and lift procedures from that date. If I do not receive a satisfactory response within a reasonable timeframe, I will escalate this matter to corporate headquarters, Tesla, and, if necessary, the Better Business Bureau. I expect written acknowledgment of this complaint and a proposed resolution plan.

  Absolute NICEST people!! I had a slow leak in my tire on, Sunday, October 26th. I was worried that nobody would be open on a Sunday to patch it and I had to work the next day. So I got to check to see if any place was open and Mr. Tire was! So I called and immediately they got me right in! I took it right in and this nice girl at the desk asked my name and this younger kid came right in and got my keys. Then this older gentleman that also worked there came in and we were talking. We had a nice conversation while the younger guy worked on my tire. Didn’t take long at all. It was a great experience and I’m so glad there are still places around like this. Thank you so much!
