    I had a great experience I was able to pickup and drop off at the body shop. I had two different rentals in two weeks time both rentals were great and was able to pick them both up at the same location.

    Deer ran into my vehicle I needed a rental .. destiny answered the call this morning and I said I need the rental today at 11 at the collision center because I had to work a double shift and I live an hour away . She told me she would not have a car till 2 pm I said ok no problem I took an uber to work when I dropped off the car . NO ONE called me at 2 pm I had to continue to call over and over until finally the manager answered and said he would bring the car to my work but then proceeded to tell me there would be a 300 dollar hold plus 200 plus for the car ok great I called my finance he said it was fine I called back and they said I can not use my finances debit card to get the car !!! I live an hour away and no rental car ! I told them they can keep one of my cards on file they refused . My insurance company is not paying for the rental we are paying out of pocket ! Bad customer service and clearly people work there who don’t even want to do their job ! Useless ! I won’t spend a dime here ….

    I needed to make some changes to my one day rental. Ryan was very accommodating. He helped me and my cousin get into the cars that we wanted. He made sure that I was completely satisfied and was able to use my rewards. There were zero issues on pick up and return. I am beyond grateful for the high quality service I received from Ryan S and his colleague. I will be back.
