  I want to express that the sales person was excellent. Management, on the other hand, is terrible. I will be taking the vehicle I purchased back for several reasons. 1) The car was dirty inside and management refused to have it cleaned. Instead they gave me a measly 10% coupon on for detailing. 2) The key fob battery died the next day, and thankfully it did because the actual key that is supposed to be inside the fob is missing. 3) There is also a grinding noise coming from the back wheels. This could be the breaks, but regardless they shouldn’t be selling cars for $25k that have bad breaks or grinding noises coming from the back wheels. This was the least satisfying car buying experience I’ve ever had. The star I gave is solely for the individual who worked on getting me into another vehicle after a total loss that wasn’t even my fault.

  Shaekwon Wheeler was our salesman. Very knowledgeable of inventory on lot. Answered all questions we had. No pressure,great person. Easy to work with. Found us the right vehicle. This is our second vehicle we purchased at Wilkes-Barre Enterprise.

  Sean, Dave and the crew at Enterprise Car Sales in Wilkes-Barre were delightful to work with. They did not pressure me like the usual car salesman would, made the whole process so easy, pain-free and had the perfect amount of communication through my entire experience. They were real people and certainly went above and beyond to help me acquire a newer, better and much nicer upgrade in a very timely manner with very little to go off of. I am sincerely grateful for you Sean. Thank you so very much for helping me when I needed it most!

  Monique was my sales woman she was very friendly and great throughout the whole experience. The sale was much quicker than I expected I walked in around 1pm and was walking out with the keys in hand just before 3pm. They also worked with me on the value of my trade in even though it was rebuilt title. I love my new to me 2024 Mazda 3 Hatchback and would highly recommend Monique to anyone searching for a newer reliable vehicle.
