  Great service, friendly staff and quick turnaround time however, when I called to set the appointment, the gentleman said the appointment indicated that I was gonna get a coupon but when I checked out, I did not get a coupon so I didn’t like that I had to pay full price after being told that there was a coupon

  Not the worst place for service. But far from great. I've gone here 3 times in the past year or so. Came here basically because there was groupons for an oil change with a tire rotation. 1st experience was good. No issues. 2nd experience we brought my daughter's car and they stripped the drain plug for the oil pan. Then couldn't get it out so I had to take it to Pep Boys and they got it out no problem. The guy behind the desk at Tire Choice signed off on the groupon so I could use it at a later date. Which was a plus. Last experience was not great either. Brought my vehicle in to kill time before i had to pick up my son from the school. There were no other cars in any bays. One guy behind the counter and one guy lounging in the shop. Took the guy in the shop about 15-20 minutes before he went out to pull my car in. No problem changing the oil but did not see him with any tires off the vehicle before it was brought down. Asked the guy behind the counter if the tires were rotated and he said he saw it with 2 of the tires off and sometimes they only rotate 2 based on judgement. If I paid to have my tires rotated I want all the tires rotated. Not a judgement call. On top of paying for the groupon when service is done you also have to pay a fee to the shop. It was almost $20. That to me just makes no sense. I will not be revisiting Tire Choice. I will continue to use Pep Boys for all my vehicle needs. It may be a little more pricey but I'd rather pay more to somewhere where I know things get done and I can trust them to do it correctly. And their response to this review just shows the type of business they are. Absolutely no effort to correct the issues or satisfy a customer.
