  Aldo Franconi is the guy to talk with about buying any cars here, especially at the Lexus dealer. I refer all of my friends and family to him, and everyone he meets comments about how down to earth he is. Aldo makes it well known he is there to find the right car for you no matter how long that takes. I will only buy lexus' from this location due to his outstanding customer service.

  We got a flat tire two hours into our six hour drive on the Turnpike and this was the closest Lexus dealership. We called and Dave Standarowski answered. He was extremely supportive and thankfully they had the tire in stock that we needed. A mechanic was also nice enough to stay late to make sure we could get the new tire put on our car. They saved our trip and we are extremely grateful to everyone who helped us out at the dealership.

  To start I haven’t purchased a Lexus from this dealership in over 7 years however, I just purchased a new Lexus from Lexus of Lehigh valley and things weren’t the same as it was at this dealership years ago. The issues I had at this dealership where 100% cosmetic and they called me monthly to every other month for over a year to amend the problems at hand, at first I was immature and didn’t want to be bothered because I was being stubborn, but now that I think of it I was in the wrong because businesses now a days don’t go the extra mile for past customers that already paid for their cars in full, this dealership did that even after I wrote a horrible review and they never asked or pressured me for a “GOOD” review in the first place. I 100% give my full recommendation to do business with motor world Lexus.
