  Great experience at the Wilkes-Barre (Kidder Street) location. Brandon, Brian, John and all the team members were professional, knowledgeable and personable. They made a 3 month ordeal of not having my personal vehicle as tolerable as possible. Smart and compassionate with a sense of humor, they were fantastic. This group is a huge asset to the Enterprise Corporation and my only call for future vehicle rental needs. Thank you again. Matt F.

  I went there to get a car & it broke down 2 days after I got it. I know used car places aren't known to be great, but 2 days is wild. The people aren't exactly eager to fix it either. Def wouldn't suggest anyone going here.

  Very disappointed with Enterprise. My girlfriend was sold a complete piece of junk, and when issues came up they refused to make it right. The sales staff were also extremely rude and unprofessional, which only made the situation worse. I would not recommend doing business here.

  Sales people were extremely rude lied to me whole time ran my credit for no reason bad showing all around I went to miracle motors Wilkes barre and they got me in a 2020 Kia sorrento

  Hands down the best car rental in the area. I will never go to another location or place again. At this location on Kidder street, we had John. John took care of everything and anything, he was really nice to talk with, trust me, im a talker. This man knows his job, pays attention to his cars, and told me things i wasnt even expecting about it. When i called to extend, he was asking how it was going, how do i love it- and i says oh i wasnt sure about it doing this- he goes into detail why it did that and its just an added feature, i can push this button located here to turn it off! Jaw dropped bc how do you know that?! Lol. I was going to rent the car for 2 days, I needed to get my car serviced but still needed to get to my Dr. Last 2 times I rented a car from enterprise at a different location- It was constant BS. They ruined our whole trip! we made reservations a year in advance and then made the car reservations 3 months in advance and still, at the last minute they had nothing, couldnt do nothing, and then found something we didnt even ask for- or want. Either way, this location is nothing like the other location, i can totally vouch. I didnt get stuck "mad mom in a minivan" this time, even though i liked that minivan. This time i actually got what i asked for. I swear, I loved that 2024 Ford escape so much I kept it 8 days and took it back asking who to speak to about purchasing it. Bc up until we rented- we didnt know enterprise also sells cars! And yo, the pricing is pricinggggg! I didnt know my husband has to renew his id, so were doing that today and heading back to get that car! If I ever need to rent a car again, id totally go back to this location. Everyone i came into contact with, it was just so pleasant. No hassle. No BS. Everything i needed to know- i knew before I signed the dotted line. I appreciated that more than anything. I didnt feel tricked. Brandon, Alex, John, thank you so much for helping us! This was the experience we hoped to have, nothing could have made it better! I mean other than having to return it bc you wouldn't give it to us for free but we will be back!
