They pull up your history with them and suggest services that may be needed. They are always very polite and always are smiling. They work together as a group to get your car serviced quickly but efficiently.

As a result, they damaged my vehicle and refuse to take responsibility. I ended up having to pay extra for repairs at another mechanic and was left without a car for several days. They are extremely irresponsible and untrustworthy company. They are claiming they Did Not do the service to not be hold responsible but I was charged for the service. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The oil change and engine flush went smoothly, as always. This location for Valvoline has the best people, I only go here and the service is the best!
- KFKaren FreyOct 22, 20255.0I was greeted by a nice young lady, Kelly, as soon as I drove up. She guided me into the garage where I parked to get an oil change. She and the team, Kwaliebb, Hector, and Jose, were all very polite and helpful during the whole process. I was able to see everything on the computer screen step by step. This was my first time here and I really think highly of this new way of getting an oil change, and of the Valvoline company. There was an issue with my car too which they explained in detail to me. The manager came to my car and told me that there was no oil filter in the canister, which is highly unusual. He had asked where I got my last oil change and that I might want to let them know. So I did do that, and I appreciate all the workers at Valvoline for letting me know this happened. I trust them because the whole process is video taped, as I let the other company who did my last oil change know. Thank you Valvoline Team and I will let everyone know what a great experience I had and that they can trust going to Valvoline! I don't trust many companies in today's world, but I definitely will be back and will spread the word!
