Mi nombre es Aníbal tengo casi 4 años siendo cliente de Valvoline Instant Olí Change de la 1215 MacArthur Rd en Whitehall PA …tengo 3 vehículos y es el lugar donde siempre acostumbraba a ir a cambiar y chequear los aceites de mis vehículos pero fui el sábado 31 de enero y luego de esperar casi una hora para que me atiendan recibí el peor y más pésimo de los servicios …estaban más pendiente de cobrarme el monto a pagar que en dar el servicio y da pena porque siempre fue excelente el servicio ahí pero las cosas han cambiado y por ahí no vuelvo más …pésimo servicio Tal vez por la desesperación y deseo de irse a casa por tal motivo no lo recomiendo ..me cambiaron el aceite del motor y vete . I have 3 vehicles, and it's where I always used to go to get the oil changed and checked. But I went on Saturday, January 31st, and after waiting almost an hour to be served, I received the worst and most terrible service... they were more concerned with collecting the payment than providing the service, and it's a shame because the service there was always excellent, but things have changed, and I won't be going back there again... terrible service. Perhaps it was due to their desperation and desire to go home, which is why I don't recommend them... they changed the engine oil and that was it.
