  Great experience. Technician was a really nice guy, did fast work, well done job, and ease of scheduling was fantastic. Definitely recommend! The tech even recalibrated my faulty drivers side window, and I didn't even know it needed recalibration!

  I had 9AM appointment....car finally taken in at 10AM...People sitting in chairs in waiting room for 2-3 hours. Waiting room has a broken TV set and an empty broken fridge. Clearly owner/manager doesn't care what goes outside the shop. If this was my place I'd have a tv set that worked and free coffee or at least water. The waiting room represents the sentiment the company has towards its customer. On the plus side, there is a clean bathroom available and people behind counter are polite. Work was completed in less the 2 hours and I was impressed with that . Owner responded "we'll work on it". For real ?

  Did not have to wait forever for an appointment. Technician called 20 minutes prior to arrival and was professional and courteous. Hoping I don't need their services again, but if I do, I would not hesitate to call.

  worst service ever. my new windshield was not sealedd properly and now I have a wind breeze coming in. The techs left black grease, glass and little rubber pieces all in my truck and they broke the black plastic case that sits above the rearview mirror. I tried calling but the damn automated system will not allow you to talk to a human no matter how many times or options you select. This really is the worst company and this Whitehall location is trash. I wouldn't even recommend annother location just take your business elsewhere

  Scheduled an appt. for a windshield replacement on a Saturday at the location in Whitehall, PA. Was told to drop off the vehicle by 9:30am (which we did). Received a call from them early afternoon on that same day saying that I should come and pick up the vehicle because they had not received one of the parts they needed (a seal or trim piece) to complete the repair. They asked if I wanted to schedule a new appt. for the same time frame on the following Saturday, to which I agreed (although irritated). The following Friday, I called the shop to confirm that they had the necessary parts, before going through the whole drop off - pick up scenario again. After going through the endless AI assistant prompts and scripts, I finally connected with the live person at that location. He told me that there was no way for him to know whether they had all the correct parts until Saturday morning, when we drop the car off. I asked him if he was suggesting that I go though the same routine as the previous weekend, knowing there was a distinct possibility that they still would not have the necessary parts, to which he replied "I don't know what you expect me to do". I suggested that they check their materials before scheduling a repair and wasting a customer's time. When he became even more dismissive, I asked him to cancel the appt. and issue a refund. When I told him I would go to another shop, his final words were "They're going to tell you the same thing, no matter where you go". Ended up going to a local shop, where I should have gone in the first place. Would not recommend.
