When speaking to the manager I was told the tech came and rang the doorbell with no answer and called multiple times. Neither is true as I have cameras on my property and no missed calls or voice messages. When, I advised him of this he said he only could reference what he could see on his side. I offered to share my footage and he declined. They asked if I wanted to reschedule and I asked for same day as they had already missed my appointment the day prior. I advised I would reach back out if I wanted to reschedule. I called corporate and they said they would see what they could do for me. After a few hours, I called again to ask for a refund as I had prepaid. They said I had an appointment for the next day, which I never made nor was called and advised of. At least I got my refund.
