Right from the start, Spencer was so helpful and supportive! We pulled in because we had a piece that covered our oil pan under our car dragging. Originally I had our oil changed at our local Mavis, and the pins that held the plate in had broken off. We had experienced this happening once before. Our local mavis was able to zip tie the plate and everything had been fine. We wound up driving over a huge chunk of what I thought was snow, but was more like ice/snow that had fallen from atop the rig of an eighteen wheeler!! It popped the plate off and we proceeded to drive with a grinding metal sound until we got to the Mavis in Whitehall, PA. They saved the day!! Spencer got us right in and Rah was like the fixit ninja!! He was able to bang out the plate and resecure it!!! We continue to patronize Mavis, because no matter which store we've been to, we have always been received with attentiveness, support and knowledgeable & friendly service! This Mavis his top notch! Thank you again, Spencer & Rah!!
