Waited four hours and 23 minutes for a front tire to be put on. At the time of arrival two cars in the bay. Three mechanics on site on for an oil change and the other needs a tire replacement as well as a front end alignment. If you have many hours to spend don’t worry you’ll be last in line no matter what!

I’d like to give this place 5 stars, because the employees that helped were kind. But I went here on 12/31/25 for a slow leak in my tire, they plugged it, I paid, all is well. Well that night my tire pressure started to drop again and I thought it was due to it being cold out. A few days went by and it was still dropping so I took it back 1/08/26 (the first available day I had to go back) and had to have it replugged, which they charged me again for. It was late and I wanted to get home also paid and left. I called today to ask for the first one to be refunded, since it was clearly done incorrectly the first time and the guy on the phone (assistant manager he said) was rude and basically was like oh well not my problem, plugs aren’t refundable. I asked for corporates number and he said “yeah just google it” so now I had to pay twice because they didn’t do the job correctly the first time.

I had an outstanding experience at Mavis thanks to Spencer, Rah, and Carlo. These three gentlemen went above and beyond with my car and truly exemplified patience, professionalism, and expertise. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions without rushing, and showed genuine pride in their work. It’s refreshing to see technicians who actually care about their craft and treat customers with respect. The service was smooth, honest, and thorough, and I left feeling confident and well taken care of. If you’re looking for a team you can trust with your vehicle, ask for Spencer, Rah, and Carlo. Highly recommend this Mavis location.

So I did procrastinate and waited till the 31st to take my vehicle in for its inspection and emissions but I have never had anyone try to rip me off than when I took it in. They called to tell me that my 4Runner failed inspection because my brakes failed. My Rotors were supposedly warped but I felt no change in my ride when I drove it in before. Also my pads were supposedly worn unevenly. They quoted me $1226 for the repairs and inspection. After I argued with him about the price he quickly dropped it to approximately $1100. I decided to call another shop which quoted me $800 for breaks and inspection. I then took my vehicle there. He called back approximately 30 minutes after he started saying my breaks were fine and I have at least another years worth of wear left. He also sent me pictures of my breaks pointing out what he measured. This has shaken my confidence in Mavis since a few years ago at the Schnecksville location I brought another 4 runner in for breaks and they destroyed my caliper trying to remove it requiring me to pay an additional $1200 for a new caliper and time I had to rent a car til it got repaired.
