He went to the orders to shout "Come here!". He handed me the order & I start to leave to be told that there was more. I asked "How much more?". He said "It's already paid for". NO SHIT! I ended up having to sign for the order back at the counter. WHY WOULD YOU MAKE ME WALK OVER THERE TO HAND ME THE ORDER TO PUT IT DOWN & GO BACK TO THE COUNTER?! I signed he said "Now you can leave". This is possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced & based on the other reviews I have read, this was not one off incident. This location will NEVER get my business in life!

There seems to be big issues with management at this location, because that's what the employees consistently blame it on. In my experience, this particular store is never open at 07:30 as promised, or even 07:40. I try to give this place a chance every few months, but EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO there is some poor employee in the parking lot waiting for their manager to arrive and unlock, and apologizing to customers who are waiting. I'm sick of it, and I cant even imagine how the store associates feel standing in the cold sending irritated customers away. Autozone seriously needs to do some damage control here. I'm not the only one who has switched to further locations to avoid this place. I'm sure the underperforming management has contributed to the other reviews about poor attitudes of employees... but what do I know. Very disappointing that this all continues to be the pattern at this location. The store is at a visible and busy spot right on MacArthur.. yet, I wonder how much business they've lost over the years.
- SESusan EhrlacherOct 19, 20255.0Recently my husband went to get new wiper blades at the Whitehall Auto Zone. Unfortunately the generic wiper blades were difficult to figure out how to attach them. Paul, the store manager, came out to assist me with the wipers. He found out that the blades had the wrong part for my car. He was able to find the right parts and quickly attached the wipers. I cannot thank him enough or I would still be standing there trying to figure out the blades. Thank you Paul!
