  I've used Jack Williams for years before Mavis took over, seems that Jack Williams has taken on the poor customer service and policies that turns customers away from Mavis. Good luck if you choose this shop! We went in for brakes, rotors and calipers on one axle and we were quoted for a price that exceeded doing all four tires, this rip off of a company should be ashamed of themselves trying to cheat long standing customers while pretending to be your best friend claiming they saved you hundreds. Carlos especially I'd like to thank, because if not for him I wouldn't have called two other Jack Williams, a Mavis, and a Pep Boys (all his suggestions to go to competitors by the way) to verify that I was in fact being overcharged, I think its time for Carlos to find a new job if he wants to steal from customers!

  Carlos was amazing!! Great service and customer service. Came here for a tire rotation my tesla and Everyone was super nice and welcoming

  Not happy with the person that told me my car would be done around 6 today so I called for an update and they are closed. I could at least got a call saying they close at 6 not happy at all. Never had this problem in the past.

  I needed an oil change and tire rotation for my vehicle. I saw on Jack Williams website that they have a service special, which saves $20 on an oil change. It also mentions that a tire rotation and brake inspection is also included. After I left, I looked at the receipt. I noticed that they put in the incorrect oil weight for my vehicle. There was also nothing on the receipt showing that a tire rotation was done. I drove back and explained my issues to the service desk employee which they then corrected. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. Had I not looked at the receipt details, I would've paid this business to put in the wrong oil weight and no tire rotation. I also wasted my time because of having to return.
