I took it somewhere else and it was confirmed I don’t need the tie rod and it was perfectly fine. I was still charged for the inspection 70 dollars. This was disappointing and I want a refund.

I walked over to Monro and the manager Paul was amazing helping me out on an 8 degree day after a snow storm. He sent Greg to diagnosis my car and jumpstart so I could drive it over to the shop. They fixed everything and had me back on the road in less than an hour. Paul and Greg were both respectful, fair and professional.
