  Back in September, I went to a different mechanic nearby who sent me off with a disconnected sway bar link. When I discovered it the next morning, I went back to the same mechanic and they wouldn’t fix it with the parts I bought and couldn’t get me in. So I called Monro’s and Paul got me in immediately and I was able to make it into work only slightly late. The service was so excellent and Paul, Isac, and Matt were so nice, so I made the smart decision to come back for my oil change and inspection. I made an appointment online, and when I got to the shop I realized my registration was out so I renewed that and Paul was nice enough to print it out for me. They got me in and out in less than an hour and the prices were reasonable. While I waited, I enjoyed the conversations I had with Matt and Isac. They make you feel like family here. I’ll never take my car anywhere else. 11/10 service! Thank you guys!

  Took car in for e-brake service, 5 days later told it was done. Picked up car the bill was a little high but that’s what it costs or so I thought. 3 days later after picking up my wife released the e-brake the car felt sluggish with a loud squealing sound and then a loud pop the e- brake cable sounded like it snapped. Got home looked at the receipt and actually looked at what was done and charged for. 1 rotor on the front replaced but warranted, 2 brake adjustment for the front, 2 rear rotors 3 brake adjustment for the rear, 2 caliper brackets. Now lm not a mechanic but my brother in law is. He looked at it and said I got rooked, no new rotor on the front was replaced, brake adjustments are not used on front brakes, charged for three brake adjustments on the rear when two are used, way over charged for brackets. Not a single single mention of the e-brake The total bill was 1059$ but he gave me a discount of 500 dollars but didn’t explain why so when I questioned about said grievance he said he didn’t charge labor. How is this place staying in business with that kind of operatory bullshit.

  Paul was very professional and courteous. Called to let me know what was needed for inspection and fixed car same day.

  Fair price, easy to work with, and always quick. Brought my car for routine breaks, rotors, and tires. I was able to wait inside and was back on the road in just over an hour. Paul was able to facilitate all of this for me, I can't recommend him or this place enough.
