  I had a great experience at this Goodyear location when getting my tires changed. Brittany at the front desk was extremely helpful. She took the time to explain tire details clearly and was very kind throughout the process. The service was smooth and professional. I will definitely recommend this location to others!!!!

  I visited this store to replace a flat tire caused by hitting a small stone. An employee named Bob assisted me. He immediately told me that both front tires needed to be replaced and asked me to pay the bill without explaining the charges, even a word. He added road hazard protection without explaining what it was or asking for my consent. I did not need or want this service. In addition, the store offers free wheel alignment checks. Since my tire was damaged after hitting something on the road, an alignment check would have been standard and appropriate. However, Bob neither performed the alignment check nor informed me that it was recommended. The next day, I returned to cancel the road hazard protection. Bob treated me very poorly. I explained again that my tire was damaged by road impact and that an alignment check should have been done when the tires were replaced. He said they cannot do it today, claimed he did not understand what I was saying, and then refused to continue the conversation, completely ignoring me. This was an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. I had replaced a tire at this same store two years ago without any issues, but this experience was completely different. Because of how I was treated, I will not return to this store and will avoid Goodyear products in the future.

  First & last time. Says right online conventional or standard synthetic $24.99 (running a promotion, normally $45.00). I booked my appointment for 11:00am & got there early around 10:30. Girl at the desk says I “chose” conventional online when there was never an option for which oil type, I would’ve never chosen conventional. I told her to put in synthetic. They didn’t even touch my car until around 11:45, even when they finally got it, it just sat in the garage for 15 minutes before they even started. Finally one of the guys come in & ask if I had the key to rotate my tires, unfortunately I took it out of my car & forgot to put it back in, I told him to just not rotate the tires this time. I finally got my car back at 12:30, 2 hours later for an OIL CHANGE, not even a tire rotation included. The bill was all of a sudden $95. NEVER in my life have I paid anything over $70. She claimed it’s normally “$120” which is outrageous. Went back online to find out they just went from what I originally wanted to the absolute most expensive option they have. & they literally just changed my oil nothing else. I also had my 1 year old daughter with me who was losing her mind by this point, otherwise it would’ve been an argument right then & there. Refuse to go back, if I’m paying $95 for an oil change I’m going to pennzoil & getting it done in 10 minutes. On a side note the waiting room that I was stuck in for 2 hours is DISGUSTING, I understand it’s a garage but at least clean up once in a while where people sit.

  I dropped my car off this morning with a slow leak in one of my tires..Brittany was very helpful courteous and professional and they had my car done in no time!.I will return because her smiling face made my day!!
