I was in a bad accident a few days prior - my insurance worked with Enterprise in securing and covering a rental while I was awaiting an adjuster to assess my car's damage/determine if it was a total loss or not. It was a stressful and emotionally draining time - and two days before Christmas. Anthony, the manager at West Lawn location, made the rental process very smooth. He was friendly, courteous, and made sure any of my questions were answered. He was compassionate and understanding when learning of my accident and injuries, too. I highly recommend.

The extra 13-15 cubic feet of storage I didn't have really would have come in handy. All that and I work for a corporate "partner".

Listened to their compliant, explained the policy and got them in a car that more closely matched their needs. I mean I can't say enough about these guys at this location. They've turned around my expectations of what car rental can be. This location constantly provides the best customer service and most agreeable agents. I use this location every time I travel for business and I plan to continue as long as I have the need. I'll be placing a request for a car today and I'm looking forward to it. I've gotten upgrades when available and they always have stock. Cars are always clean. Just the best example of what enterprises could be anywhere.
