  I dealt with ABI today. I had a screw in my rear tire and he took care of me with prompt, courteous and fast service. He had me back on the road quickly! I would highly recommend this tire location!

  Friendly, quick, and expert service. I had screws stuck in two tires and I was able to walk in and get it fixed right away. Abi was knowledgeable and kind. You can tell it’s a place that takes pride in their work and takes care of their customers. Would recommend!

  I had been told I needed a new air stem to put air into my tire. The Mavis crew was able to make it work without needing a replacement and didn't charge me anything! They were very nice, fast and professional.

  This Mavis shop in Lancaster, PA in Columbia Avenue was excellent. It was a Saturday morning and I’d already been to a Mavis in Ephrata and they couldn’t get me in for a tire repair that was under warranty. I called the Reading shop and two more in Lancaster before this garage. Gerry said “come on over and I’ll get you right in.” Took me 25 minutes to get over there, but he did get me right in and I left 20 minutes later with a repaired tire! Excellent service, nice and clean waiting room, too.

  I became very happy after stopping at two other places at 8 o’clock in the morning ,the one was rude and Told me they were understaffed and couldn’t look at my tire the other one the manager didn’t show up to to unlock the door. I waited for a half an hour, and he never showed. I was so grateful when I met Abi he showed me the tires I needed. The price was OK. He said he could do it right away. That was fantastic. Jaime was the technician that actually did the tires and I was so grateful. I believe they truly know what service is and I saw it. 😊
