  Jaime is super fast and very nice young man. He even helped me get the spare back into trunk. I had to have a hole in my tire plugged i was in and out under 30 min! Thank you so much definitely recommend!

  WARNING: HORRBILE! You know the old saying, "fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me." I called Mavis at 1955 Columbia Ave -Lancaster and spoke to Jerry. Spent 1 hour going over tires for my Ford Bronco, pricing, etc. and agreed upon the Mavis brand Hancook tires. Agreed on date & time for full tire change. Strike 1: Called one day prior to my appointment and spoke to David. There was no record of my appointment, no record of my vehicle, or the tires I chose. Spent another 30 minutes going through the entire process again and confirmed appointment for the next day. David assured me there would be no further problems. Strike 2: Showed up early the next morning and met David outside. He said verbatim, "you came at a great time as there is no one ahead of you. You will be first up." They recommended I walk to the diner next door and wait. I walked to the diner, had breakfast, did some work and after 1hour+ I decided to walk back to Mavis and wait figuring it wouldn't be long. I arrived and my vehicle was NOT ONLY NOT BEING WORKED ON but was still there in the parking lot and they hadn't event started on replacing my tires. IN FACT, THERE WERE TWO OTHER VEHICLES THEY WERE WORKING ON. When I walked inside and asked Jerry about this I was met with silence. Really? Jerry only said "talk to David." You've got to be kidding. Are you cave men? I walked outside and David was nowhere to be found. Someone overheard me and started to drive my vehicle into the service area (even though there was no room) and I asked him to exit my vehicle immediately. There was no way I was giving them my business. They lost $1000 of new business and didn't even care. WHATEVER YOU DO, DON'T GO HERE! They are disorganized, rude, and customer service is a joke. It's all lip. And to boot, the tires they recommended (100,000 guaranteed miles) is a lie. I called my Ford Dealership (who Mavis said not to contact because dealers are overpriced) and received Firestone All Weather tires for the same price, a $150 rebate, and guaranteed service. I trust my Ford Dealer and they were nothing but professional as always! David & Jerry: If I had treated a customer the way you two treated me, I would be fired! And you two definitely should be!

  A great experience all around. I came in to get some new tires as they were running a special if I did all 4. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always came to me first before proceeding with any additional work. I can’t say enough good things at this place and I will definitely be a returning customer!

  Had a minor tire issue that took about an hour to fix and the staff who were on duty did an amazing job handling the issue. Abi had great energy throughout the time I was at the garage and let me feel I was in the hands of people who knew what was up as well as the mechanic who worked on my car (I did not catch his name sadly). I'd recommend this place again in the future especially if they do more than just tires.

  I recently purchased tires from Mavis Discount Tire and am very happy with them. The tires are well made, and provide smooth, comfortable ride. Abi, one of the staff there was also very helpful in helping me choose the right tires for my car. In general the staff’s were helpful. I would definitely recommend this store to others
