    After scheduling a 5 pm appointment to fix a tire (different location) they called and cancelled because they close at 6 (so why have a 5 pm slot available?) I then scheduled at the Columbia Ave. location for the same time. When I arrived, the waiting area was full. I asked if it would be too late, I could come back. Gerry assured me it would be fine, customers come first. Long story short, needed 2 new tires and was out before 6 pm! What a fantastic crew and experience! Thank you

    I brought in my 2025 4Runner with a shredded sidewall. The guys at Mavis advised not to drive it anywhere soon because a ballpoint pen could basically pop the tire. (I ran over a curb at an odd angle putting a hole in the OEM tires). We decided on 4 new Cooper Rugged Trek tires. They are great in the snow and give a more aggressive look to a 4Runner that was built for the road. Gerry and ABI were great with the advice. Thank you all and have a great New Years. The recommendation comes from Chris at C&J right next to Stone Mill on Columbia Avenue.
