  Best place in this area for oil change. It was busy, but the staff is very efficient. Took the time to answer all my questions and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend, no pressure felt as they went over all recommend items to help properly protect my vehicle. Great job and I will be a repeat customer. THANKS!

  I feel like I was a victim of a bait and switch scheme. I purchased a full synthetic oil change off of Groupon, for one price then upon completion of my oil change I was assigned a couple of upcharges that made the price after everything was completed the same as if I had pulled into the location without a discounted Groupon. I paid the full price. I have a Valvoline location 10 minutes from my house in Middletown DE, however, since that location was not honoring the Groupon, I drove an hour away to West Chester, PA, expecting to save money because I pre purchased the service on Groupon. That was totally not the case here. For the price I ended up paying I could have just went to my local valvoline without the Groupon, and paid the same price I ended up paying, without the hour drive there, and hour drive back home. I will never deal with Valvoline again. I would rather go to a small independent mechanic who deals with customers honestly.

  I normally do my own oil but with these frigid temps I decided to go here. They changed my oil quickly and were super friendly about it. My left headlight and fog light went out that same night. I called them thinking it might have been related to the oil change. They told me to come in and took a look. They showed me it was just my bulbs burning out. Where they really impressed me is that they took the time to help me put in the new headlights I had bought preemptively. I did not expect them to do it for me but they did. Shout out to Q for the help!!
