Stillman Volvo is the COMPLETE dealership. I needed an "emergency", non appointment to fix a tire (probably caused by a Pennsylvania pot hole). They had to get a new tire and the entire repair was fixed by the end of the day. Bravo and thank you. Mike Condon

The entire team went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and happy with my new 2026 XC 60. They were courteous, knowledgeable, professional and quick to respond. I'd say that this is the first time I ever felt like I didn't encounter the textbook sales pressure or the need to play "let's make a deal with my sales manager". Kudos to Austin, Quinn, Bradley, Greg, Kevin and Judah for their undivided attention to my being a happy return customer.

I recently purchased a 2026 XC60 PHEV from Stillman Volvo. My experience from initial contact/negotiation through vehicle delivery was outstanding. James Scott, Sales Consultant and Ian in the Business Office were very professional and knowledgable throughout the process.....and Stillman beat the competition on price.
After moving to PA, I found Stillman Volvo and began servicing my two vehicles there. I later purchased a third, used Volvo from them as well. Overall, the service experience has been good, though it is definitely on the pricey side. That said, I’ve always followed their service recommendations and paid the higher bills without hesitation.
Recently, my XC60 warranty expired and the headlight lenses began cracking all over, almost like spider webs. I brought the vehicle in for observation. One service advisor was understanding and seemed willing to help, while another immediately pushed me to file a claim through my auto insurance, which felt disappointing given the situation.
Considering how much money I’ve spent there over the years and the fact that this appears to be a known issue, I was hoping for some goodwill assistance toward replacing the lenses—even a small amount would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, once the warranty expired, there seemed to be no brand or customer loyalty offered.
I expected more from a dealership I’ve consistently supported.
