Employee accidentally deleted our appointment in system final time and we had to show them email confirmation. two times were tech called out and other no reason. The biggest issue is you had us come out 3rd time driving an hour away without having the windshield and anyone qualified to put it in. This isn’t windshield availability. It’s consistent inability to run your business efficiently. Your response reflects this as the windshield not being in stock is not the core issue here. —original review- Rescheduled with us 3 times only to drive an hour to the appointment for them to not have the windshield in stock. Had our claim transferred to another business more local to us and they were able to handle it. When I spoke to management at Safelight they read off a script(I understand your frustration in these trying times...). No solution offered. Kind of embarrassing for them.
