First it has been impossible for either my wife or I to talk to a person over the phone. 2nd our Pilot was in last week to get a new windshield and as soon as we left the parking lot we noticed lights flashing on the dashboard. Immediately we went back and at first the guy was clueless. He went inside and when her returned he said it is the after market windshield and it’s blocking the front camera. They have to order a new windshield. Okay, and you couldn’t tell us that when we picked it up? We had to come back and say something. What about quality checks??? 3rd, related to the first, no updates at all on progress. Car has been dropped off twice now and we have gone the full day without any updates or letting us know it is ready for pick up. I don’t think I will be going back here again.
