  Thank goodness I spoke to these guys on what we were thinking for the family. Our contact, Jimmy Evans, went through every single detail, not only regarding sales, but also in thorough detail of service and how you wanted to manage service protocols. He even went into detail on the type of towing vehicle we needed with towing capacity. The best part was hearing the real life stories of all of his own adventures with his own camper. It was great to hear that sincerity on real life experience. We even got some great pointers on some really cool trips that we didn’t know about.

  I cannot say enough positive things about my experience working with Kristen Turnbach at General RV of West Chester, PA. I was initially very hesitant about investing in an RV, and I had many questions and concerns. Kristen took the time to have thorough, honest discussions with me and never made me feel rushed or pressured. She clearly explained the value of RV ownership and helped me understand how it would fit my lifestyle. Thanks to Kristen’s knowledge, patience, and professionalism, I felt confident moving forward with my purchase. Now that I am an RV owner, I have never looked back—the adventures and experiences have been incredible. Kristen is truly top-notch, and I would recommend her to friends and family without hesitation.   Probably the worst service experience I've had in my life, from any business, anywhere, in any domain. And it's been like this year after year after year. We bought here in 2021 (Stoltzfus), but things have't improved under General RV ownership. Front desk personnel have always been absolutely delightful. Parts department has been fine. Sales experience (as Stoltzfus) was great. But the service department is a perpetually inefficient master class in how to ensure your otherwise happy customers will never buying from you again. A small sampling: (1) Kept me waiting 54 minutes to speak with the service advisor for what we both knew would only be a 90 second conversation. They seem totally incapable of multitasking. (2) They pushed back on virtually every issue we brought up shortly after taking delivery (including a warped pots-n-pans door that is now useless and can't even be reinserted into the cabinetry). [[These were factory warranty issues but they pushed back as if the money would come out of their pockets. It wasn't just a Stoltzfus mentality, though, I just watch (for 54 minutes to be exact) while they put some poor September 2025 delivery customer through the same insincere "we're on your side" BS while blatantly just trying to extract more service revenue out of her. It was nauseating!]]. (3) Went in to pick up my 2021 trailer and they irresponsibly pulled out someone else's 2025 for me to drive away with. Auto and RV service is always stressful for customers, but most places at least 'try' to be on your side. At General RV service department, it doesn't feel like they care about the customers enough to even half-pretend to actually care.
