It's been a year since I traded my motorcycle and my toy hauler for a used 2019 Heartland Prowler 25LX. I miss my motorcycle but the grandbabies love the bunkhouse. My wife and I are glad we made the decision to upgrade. I am also grateful for our sales agent Tia and the finance agent Angel. We definitely hope to see Tia and Angel when it's time to order a Gulf Stream BT Cruiser 5220 or equivalent. Thanks General RV. See you next year.

i called the service department in advance to drop off our RV for winterization. I explained that an employee was on their way to drop off. "No problem" she said. Upon arrival 30 min later he was told he could not drop off the vehicle because drop off hours ended. No accommodations. We had to leave and return the vehicle to storage. When i asked the manager for an explanation she said the woman who answered the phone was new. That sounds reasonable. simple miscommunication. Why not then just allow him to drop off the vehicle?

Awful. I bought a used 2020 RV privately and knew it needed work. First appointment was mid April and many repairs were identified (approximately $7,000). It took 2 months to get the parts. Then in replacing the awning they broke the screen door. That took another 2 months to have the door replaced. Picked up in August. I had to contact service several times for updates.
Had a full system check done on the RV. When I finally went to put water in the unit for my first tailgate, water leaked out of the hot water heater and the kitchen sink faucet. My expectation was that would have been checked. Also minor repair on the refrigerator door was unsuccessful.
I have since taken the RV to another repair shop whose labor rate is less than half the $225 charged per hour by General RV. This is not the old Stolzfus RV I had dealt with in the past....

Had my camper for over 3 and 1/2 months still it was not completely fixed after I was told two time it was ready for pickup on other occasions and still needs work. I would not come here for warranty or service work. I would avoid at all costs the lack of service is beyond belief

They are so nice here from calling, scheduling, and going in. I had an inspection done at a different dealer and when I got the rv back the leveler wasn’t working and was quoted $1,100 to repair from the same place. General RV was so knowledgeable they had the leveler up with no problems. We will only be doing the inspection here moving forward. They are so honest it’s refreshing.
