For over a year I’ve been fighting with them trying to get them to get me out of collections but they continue send me harassing letters on a paid bill.

I called ahead and was assured I would get a minivan because I had a lot of luggage and was driving an hour to pick up the car. When I arrived, they gave me an SUV with almost no trunk space. When I asked about the van, I was first told I’d have to pay more, then told there were none left. The agent was dismissive and didn’t seem to care. In the end, some of my family had to book expensive last-minute flights because we couldn’t fit all our luggage.
