She is great in terms of the level of customer service and is extremely knowledgeable. Most recently I had a slow leak in one of my tires and I was able to bring the car in on the weekend without an appointment and the techs were able to find and fix the problem. I brought my BMW M3 Competition in for curb rash on my right front wheel. The warrantee service was completed but not to my satisfaction and Joe agreed.
