The window shattered, so there was little 1/4" squares of glass everywhere, including right under the tires. So had I not seen it and moved my vehicle, I most likely would have gotten a flat.

- RMRon MNov 3, 20253.0They've done 3 jobs for me (insurance company mandates them). One good, one so-so, and and one not worth a nickle. They are good at replacing windshields, so-so replacing side windows (I now have to hold the toggle switch when closing the window or it goes 1/2 way back down), and useless fixing small dings in windsheilds-I paid for that one and one cannot tell if they did anything at all. It looks the same and I'm out $170. Update after their reply below: I NOW understand that, it would have been nice to know this ahead of time. To me "repair" means FIX, not a "preventative" process. Two different things. I had no worries about the "ding" spreading and would have never asked to have it "repaired" if I had known this. I will also add, the last repairman did his best to fix the problem with my side window toggle, a tip of the hat to him, but unfortunaelty, his efforts failed. I give him credit for trying.
