Turns out the car was damaged and they wouldn't give it and they had to drive 20 miles in the wrong direction. She only has 1 day to visit me and this place stole hours from that day because of incompetence. They also lied and told her she could get a discount in washington for a more expensive car available... They were called and asked beforehand and obviously did not properly check the vehicle when it arrived. So don't give them business if u can help it.
