But once we started going over parts Parts I had already researched.. It became clear they were charging hundreds more per part than what’s reasonable. When I stood my ground, they brought out the owner and that’s when the tone shifted. Instead of sticking to the issue, he leaned into this soft-spoken moral high ground, saying things like, “At the end of the day, we just try to do what honors God,” and “We hope folks leave here with more than just repairs, maybe some peace.” I didn’t come in for a spiritual pitch. I came to get my truck fixed. Instead, I was met with pressure, inflated prices, and guilt tactics dressed up as moral uprightness.

They quoted a fair price but spent two additional days chasing an issue without a single cent added to the bill. To boot they fixed an unrelated issue with the “snow” button, again, without an additional charge. Just an honest place that does high quality work with friendly customer service. We are lucky to have found them! Thanks guys!! 🙏
