- BZBryan ZavalaMar 23, 20265.0I stopped in your Waynesboro location Saturday afternoon to pick up some wipers as mine were ripped. The gentleman that helped me recommend some Rainx wipers that were on sale and said thats what he has on his car and they are fantastic. He saved me $20 which was great. After he rang me up he walked out to install the wipers for me without even asking. While outside we were chatting about things and I asked his name, he said it was Jeff and he was the store manager. I can see why he is the manager. He was very good with customers and very polite. I will be coming back for future purchases.

Then I said which one and he got smart with me. He did not want to leave the desk to come help me. He acted like it was a problem and all I wanted to know was which window wipers I needed. I went across the street. If I could give zero stars I would. There is no need to treat customers like that or make them feel dumb because they know nothing about cars.

Incredibly frustrating to have to deal with a part return based on the specs you're given by the counter staff. Don't go here unless you 100% know exactly what part you need before hand.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
