    It’s no secret that wherever Joe Bremme goes, a great culture follows. He treats his employees with respect, and it shows in how they treat customers. The service is consistently excellent, and the result is happy, loyal customers. It may sound like common sense, but it’s rare to see it done this well and so many companies fail at this from small to the largest in the world. Keep up the great work.

    All I can say is wow! We were in town for the holidays and got stuck because we had a flat tire on New Year’s and couldn’t find a tire shop until we found these guys and they got us in right away and fixed us up within 30 minutes so we can get back on the road! Huge thank you to Joe (manager) and Mason (technician) for taking the time to repair the flat tire. This place truly takes care of their customers!!! THANK YOU MONRO AUTO SERVICE!!!

    I highly recommend Monro in Wayne, I had an unexpected battery replacement and the they fit me in right before the holiday- took a few hours, did not try and tell me anything else was wrong with my car, honest and friendly, thanks Monro!
