  It was a typical scenario, dropping off my car at mechanic's, who was also very pro and friendly and not a rip-off (quick plug KC Auto in Wayne) The Enterprise employee (Wayne, Pa branch) was very kind and friendly picking me up, and made the experience pleasant. I even offered a cash tip, which i though was a significant ammount of 50, which he refused and said he was just glad to help. What an unusually good experience. Hassle free, friendly, convenient and genuinely a good dude. I couldn't be more impressed with that location's service and Im old and been doing this a while. Note the proper use of apostrophes. Jesus is King btw😊

  My car unexpectedly died. Easy to get a quick longer term rental, easy to extend my rental and every person I interacted with seemed guinean happy to help and provide great service. Great team in Wayne!

  Decided to book a car with enterprise rental and followed all the procedures and guidelines and check in ahead of time. When I got in the Wayne, PA location (11/22), there was a woman working in the morning shift and told me that in order to complete my reservation I need a credit card. I told her that I wasn’t notified about this. I gave her my debit card and I told her to withhold whatever amount it is that I owe for the car and the security deposit. She replied that she needed ONLY credit card as she claimed it was part of the company policy. I could not believe the level of discrimination that still exists in 2025 with clueless, brainless employees, not being educated and not following the proper procedures and treating the customers right. There is no policy set for credit cards ONLY. I had to call the corporate office and explain my situation where they verified that the employee was actually wrong and should have treated us in a better way. We ended up not renting the car for for the day as we wanted, and messed up our whole schedule because of your brainless mistake. 1star , actually 0 zero stars for customer service for being not friendly, for not being knowledgeable and think how to treat, talk and provide alternative solutions for our situation.
