  New to the area and have never experienced friendly service from VIOC over the last 30 years. This place is an absolute gem. The gentleman approached me early when I was still outside and got all of my information to speed the process instead of waiting until I pulled in. Once I pulled in, there was no sales pressure and friendly discussion throughout the process. I would recommend this place to everyone in the area.

  I stopped to ask about my car’s air filter, when 2 employees and the service manager came outside. I was told my power steering pump may have a leak, and I had a bottle of fluid with me. These men added fluid, and fixed a vent cap that was not closed properly, and would not take a dime from me. I have ALWAYS had excellent service at this location, and these men went well above and beyond when I needed help. Very kind and professional staff!!

  Awesome place,we had some running around to do,an appointment was cancelled due to the weather,so went and got my oil changed,they were all on point,and very knowledgeable
