  Using Safelite to replace my back glass was extremely simple. 1. I Google searched them 2. answered very brief questions about the make/model/year of my car to get a quote 3. Selected my insurance company and entered my policy number 4. Selected my car from my policy. 5. Decided how to pay my deductable and paid it with a C.C. .. you can also pay day of service 6. Scheduled the repair 7. The technician called the morning of prior to coming. 8. Technician showed up at my rural home on time, was competent, did a good job, and cleaned up aterward. 9. All of these steps were just simple clicks on my phone. We live in a pretty rural area and he found us easily. 10/10

  My windshield replacement went remarkedly well at my house. After windshield was replaced, the tech started to do the recalibration. shortly thereafter it started to rain (hard), unable to continue I was informed of the safety issues related to the recalibration not being completed. I was told to schedule an appointment for an in-shop recalibration. I scheduled it at the Washington, Pa. shop for 8:00 am Friday 4/17/26. I arrived at 7:50 am, put my keys in the drop box and met a friend for breakfast. I returned at 9:00 am to find my car still sitting where I left it. I went into the office and found your person sitting behind the desk playing video games on his phone. When asked about the status of my car he played it that he didn't know of the appointment. when he looked at the screen there it was. He jumped up and started the work. all went fine with the work although I had to sit and wait for 40 minutes for your employee to do his job that should have been done long before I returned.   Called SafeLite on 4/8. Appointment was scheduled for 4/10. Tyler showed up and in about an hour or so he had my new windshield installed. Am extremely pleased with the work done. And , the cost was actually less than I thought it would be...Will definitely use them again if the need should arise.
