  Bill was very helpful. He worked up a few quotes for me and we discussed the best options based on my usage and budget. My appointment went smoothly and I'm happy with my new tires. I would recommend Mr. Tire to anyone that needs tires and wants to work with a local, honest tire shop.

  Overall it was a good experience. I couldn’t give 5 stars though because they didn’t properly balance my tires. They were just slightly off, but enough to make my steering wheel vibrate over 60mph. I had to go to another shop the next day to get it corrected.

  I noticed my tire air warning on the screen. After stopping at the dealer ( where I bought the car 10 months ago), and receiving a ridiculous price to repair the affected tire, I called Mr Tire. The receptionist connected me with Brian thr manager. He had me come in without an appointment as the tire pressure was quite low. Brian was pleasant. Caring and could not have been kinder! Within 1/2 half hour it was fixed and the charge was so much lower than my previous quote. As I thanked him, He said”it was a team effort”! He called me by name and was again so kind and helpful. He is an asset to your business! I will definitely return !!!!

  I ordered tires online from Giga Tires, had them shipped to Mr. Tire and prepaid for installation at this store. The wheels were already off of my car so I just brought them in. Two of my wheels had preexisting imperfections on them. I documented that by taking pictures because I have had issues in the past with installers damaging my wheels when mounting tires and trying to say that the damage they caused was there already. Well, it happened again. The installer left a long gouge in the paint along the rim of one wheel. I brought it to the attention of Brian, the manager, after I loaded my wheels into the trunk of my car and inspected them. He said that it was curb rash that was there already before they mounted the tires. The metal is not gouged from curb rash and you can tell the paint was just freshly scraped away by the tire mounting machine. I then told him I had pictures of the preexisting damage that shows none of the damage they caused. He continued to deny any wrongdoing on their part and tried blaming the low profile sidewall of the tires causing issues with mounting. Ok, then why mount the tires in the first place and not say anything to me beforehand? They also don’t use plastic duck heads on their tire machine. He said to call Giga Tires and take it up with them since I paid for installation through Giga. I contacted Giga via chat and the chat representative called Mr. Tire to see what they had to say. Brian flat out lied to the chat rep and said the wheel was previously curbed and brought to them like that before mounting. I emailed the before and after pictures to the chat rep and he said to contact Monro-Mr. Tire Customer Service with my issue. Corporate has been impossible to get a hold of via phone or email and the store refuses to accept responsibility for damaging my wheel. I suppose small claims court is the next step. If you have anything other than steel wheels, I would stay far away from this place for having your tires mounted.
