They sent a tow 13 hours later, and promised a complementary delivered vehicle...needless to say it never arrived. Now we have been stranded for 23 hours. Still no callback. Unbelievable. Missed convention, lost luggage and clothes..and the time we spent on the phone is just mind blowing.. do better enterprise.

I don’t have much to say about the company itself, we all know the cost of getting a rental - but the customer service I received from Leah C at the Washington, PA (Murtland) location eased the hassle a bit. She was an absolute delight and her sense of humor made a stressful experience feel less crazy for me and my family! We really appreciated your help, humor, and kindness, thank you!
