  Went in to replace my battery and the guy that replaced my battery put it in wrong. He blew my fuse. And they dont have replacements so now my car is stuck outside autozone for three days and the most im going to be compensated is for the part and maybe 100 dollars. If im lucky.thanks so much for fixing the fuse you broke. Even though my job is on the line and I was late because of them I will never do buisseness here again not to mention taking a Uber is going to cost more than 100 dollars. Very disappointed. Ive never had a bad time at auto zone before this but I definetelly won't be back if this is how im going to get treated, 100 dollars for stealing my car for three days like a bunch of highway thugs. They have nice workers but the damage has already been done.

  Cant get ahold of anyone at this store. They never answer the phone its just rings until it hangs up on you

  These guys are the best iv never left unhappy! All i get from advanced auto is screwed over! Come see these guys FIRST!

  Alyssa was very helpful with running my check engine code and helping me find the right parts I needed to get my car back on the road. She was very friendly and helpful!

  I was having a very bad day and my battery died in McMurray today, managed to get jumped and back to Washington and my mechanic directed me to get a new battery, i first tried the O'Reilly's and was told they could not do it due to the computer system? Complete nonsense, they just didn't want to help me. I made my way up Jefferson and to the AutoZone! I could not be happier that i did! Elmer the manager helped me, he took a look at my battery and said absolutely i can handle this for you. He was so sweet and kind to me and it really changed my whole day. He got me in and out in no time and you can tell he really takes pride in his job! I will 100% be back to see him again for whatever me or my husband needs! He is so much more than just a great asset to your store!! Thank you so much Elmer!! Give your doggies and kitty a hug from me! (Even the mean one.)
