  I’d like to share my experience with this Enterprise location, specifically regarding a truck rental. This was my first time renting a vehicle for work, and when I picked up the truck, I inspected it both inside and out and took photos; the vehicle had minimal mileage, and I didn’t notice any obvious damage. My mistake was that I didn’t check the roof for damage. I found out about the damage when I returned the car; the employee at this branch didn’t even inspect the car all around or inside—he immediately went to look at the roof, and that’s when I became suspicious… But since I had no proof that I didn’t cause it, I agreed to the damage. The report I received from that employee stated “damage dent-dent”. I accepted this, but when the invoice arrived, the amount was ~$5,000. They included a complete roof replacement in the cost, which seems absurd (I’ll attach photos of the damage). Of course, I’m contesting all of this; I have all the photos and reports. I understand that I’ll still have to pay some amount or another. Be careful when dealing with this branch, or avoid them if possible. Thank you for your attention

  Bradley at the Warrington Truck rental was extremely professional and very helpful with assisting on swapping out a rental truck. He handled the details with the insurance company on getting me the truck that was better suited for my needs. Sam also assisted before Bradley took over.

  Staff and the van I rented were great. My only complaint was that the optional insurance - which I always heat for car rentals - was more complicated and expensive than I expected. Granted, I didn’t ask, but it should have been explained to me before I agreed to it. Otherwise, a very pleasant experience and I will rent a van from them again should I need one.

  Such great customer service at the Warrington ,Pa facility. I would ask for Luke definitely for my next rental needs .
